About Mad Labs

We named it Mad Labs
because
every batch
actually goes through one.

Mad Labs — ceramic coils, glass bodies, and oil that gets screened before it’s
allowed anywhere near a cartridge. No batch skips the line.

Where It Started

Built by people tired of guessing what was in their cart.

Mad Labs started as a reaction to the same problem a lot of vape shoppers run into: hardware that looks premium on the shelf and performs nothing like it once you’re three pulls in — scorched cotton wicks, plastic bodies that warp in a pocket, oil with no traceable source.

So the approach was simple. Treat every batch like it has to pass a real check, because it does. Source oil from farm-direct partners, send it to a third-party lab, and only fill it into a cartridge once it clears. That process became the backbone of every product we make — from the original Mad Labs Carts to the Ace Ultra Premium line, the Ace Pen, and Ace Disposable.

We’re not trying to be the biggest name in the case. We’re trying to be the one where the batch code on the box actually means something when you look it up.

What We Hold Onto

Three things that don’t change between products.

No batch skips the screen

Every batch is tested before it’s filled — not sampled occasionally, not “spot-checked.” Every single one.

Hardware should just work

Ceramic over cotton, glass over plastic. The hardware choices are made for the pull, not the packaging

Traceability isn't optional

Every box carries a batch code that traces back to a real certificate, you can look it on our product pages.

See the lineup for yourself.

Mad Labs Carts, Disposable — all built on the same batch standard described above.
